Position: Customer Support Supervisor
| Description | Located at Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport, Banyan Air Service is South Florida's premier full service general aviation fixed base operator (FBO) with six different departments. Our customers include everyone from the corporate flight departments of Fortune 500 companies, to the weekend recreational flyers. Our company does not handle air carrier or airline category aircraft. Banyan provides technical services for most aircraft, and a large variety of services for the crew and passengers. POSITION DESCRIPTION Our 24-hour Customer Support department provides arrangements and coordination for every arriving aircraft and for those aircraft based at Banyan. This busy department, consisting of 8 - 10 Customer Support Representatives, is searching for a leader to manage the team and provide award winning customer service. This position is responsible for developing customer relationships, recruiting, training and leading the customer support team and special promotional events. This position requires hands-on management of team performing duties such as arranging for rental cars, hotel reservations, catering requests, proactive customer service, dispatching, invoicing, and administrative duties. |

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS - Proven record of full charge management of 8 - 10 teammates - Customer service driven with documented experience - Strong leadership, decision making and problem solving skills - Experience in FBO operation management required - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - Ability to coordinate multiple activities in a hands-on environment - Proficient knowledge of Word and Excel - Ability to conduct meetings and formal training - Perform as a team player demonstrating leadership and coaching skills We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental coverage and a 401(k) plan.
